【コンテンツおよび購入商品の取り扱いに関する禁止事項 】

本ファンクラブ内で提供されるすべてのコンテンツ（動画、静止画、音声、テキスト、ライブ配信、アーカイブ配信、その他一切の素材）および会員が購入した商品（デジタルコンテンツ、グッズ、特典物など）の以下行為を固く禁じます。  
・複製・二次利用・転載・転売・貸与・頒布・公衆送信（SNS・ブログ・ファイル共有サービス等へのアップロードを含む）  
・譲渡・名義変更・オークションサイト等への出品  
・コンテンツの一部または全部のキャプチャー（スクリーンショット、画面録画、カメラ撮影等）およびそれらの画像・映像・音声の第三者への配布・公開  

上記行為は、購入商品が「デジタルデータ」「物理的なグッズ」「限定特典」など形態を問わずすべて適用対象となります。  
特に、会員限定で販売・配布されたグッズや特典物についても、転売目的での購入・出品・譲渡を一切認めません。  

万一、無断複製・転載・転売等の行為が発覚した場合、直ちに以下の対応を行います。  
・プロバイダ責任制限法に基づく発信者情報開示請求  
・著作権法・不正競争防止法・商標法等に基づく民事上の損害賠償請求（1件あたり数百万円～数千万円の請求実績あり）  
・悪質な場合には刑事告訴（著作権法違反：10年以下の懲役若しくは1,000万円以下の罰金、又はこれらの併科）  
・転売品の購入者に対しても共同不法行為に基づく損害賥償請求を行う場合があります  

悪意のある虚偽通報、嫌がらせ行為、誹謗中傷などは刑法上の業務妨害罪・名誉毀損罪・侮辱罪に該当する場合があり、刑事告訴の対象となります。  

本規約に違反した場合、即時強制退会・今後の一切のサービス利用拒否措置を講じます。  
会員の皆様には、モデルを支える正しいご利用をお願い申し上げます。

All of the following acts are strictly prohibited with respect to any and all content provided within this fan club (including but not limited to videos, still images, audio, text, live streams, archived streams, and any other materials) as well as any products purchased by members (digital content, physical merchandise, special benefits, etc.):  
・Reproduction, secondary use, reposting, resale, lending, distribution, or public transmission (including uploading to SNS, blogs, file-sharing services, etc.)  
・Transfer, change of name/ownership, or listing on auction sites or similar platforms  
・Capturing (via screenshot, screen recording, photography, etc.) any part or all of the content, and distributing or publicly disclosing such captured images, videos, or audio to third parties  

The above prohibitions apply without exception regardless of the form of the purchased item, whether it be digital data, physical merchandise, limited-edition benefits, or any other format.  
In particular, the purchase, listing, or transfer for resale purposes of member-exclusive merchandise or special benefits is strictly forbidden.  

In the event that any unauthorized reproduction, reposting, resale, or other prohibited act is discovered, we will immediately take the following actions:  
・Request for disclosure of sender information under the Act on the Limitation of Liability for Damages of Specified Telecommunications Service Providers  
・Civil claims for damages under the Copyright Act, Unfair Competition Prevention Act, Trademark Act, etc. (we have a track record of claiming several million to tens of millions of yen per case)  
・In malicious cases, filing of criminal complaints (Copyright infringement carries a penalty of imprisonment for up to 10 years and/or a fine of up to 10 million yen, or both)  
・In some cases, claims for damages may also be pursued against purchasers of resold items on the grounds of joint tort  

Malicious false reports, harassment, defamation, or slander may constitute criminal offenses such as obstruction of business, defamation, or insult under the Penal Code, and may be subject to criminal prosecution.  

In the event of any violation of these Terms, the member will be immediately and forcibly expelled from the fan club and permanently denied access to all future services.  
We kindly ask all members to use the service properly in order to support the creators and artists.
